What Are Split Air Systems?

Split air systems are air conditioning systems that use two separate units – an outdoor compressor and an indoor air handler – to cool and condition the air inside a building. The outdoor compressor unit contains a compressor, condenser, and a fan, while the indoor air handler contains an evaporator and a fan. The two units are connected by refrigerant lines. Split air systems are typically used in large residential or commercial buildings, where one large unit would not be sufficient to cool the entire space. Split air systems are one unit that has been divided into two pieces of equipment. One part of the unit is used for cooling, and the other is used for heating.

How Do Split Air Systems Work?

Split air systems are air conditioning units that consist of two parts: an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The indoor unit contains an evaporator coil, fan and air filter, while the outdoor unit contains a compressor, condenser coil and fan. The indoor and outdoor units are connected by refrigerant lines, which transfer refrigerant between them. When the system is switched on, the indoor fan pulls air from the room into the evaporator coil. The refrigerant in the evaporator coil absorbs heat from the air, cooling it down. The cooled air is then blown back into the room by the indoor fan. The refrigerant is then pumped to the outdoor unit, where it passes through the condenser coil and the heat is released into the outdoor air. The refrigerant is then pumped back to the indoor unit to start the cycle again. The air conditioner and heat pump are connected to an air handler by pipes that move refrigerant. The air handler has a heat exchanger or an auxiliary heat kit and an evaporator coil. It spreads air around in the house. The air conditioner uses a condenser coil and a compressor to do this too. Based on what the thermostat says, the split air system will either make the air warm or cool inside the house.

Is A Split Air System Right For Me?

Split air systems are a great option for many homeowners. They are often more efficient than traditional HVAC systems and can provide better air filtration. Split air systems also provide more control over individual rooms and can help reduce energy costs. However, they are more expensive upfront and require more maintenance. If you have the budget and are looking for a more efficient, individualized cooling and heating system, then a split air system could be a great option for you. Split air systems are devices that turn on when the temperature in a place goes too high or too low. They help to keep a space at a comfortable level without wasting electricity. The fan motors in these systems use less power and still do a good job. These systems are durable and can last for a long time, providing a cool or warm environment for a long time. Air Temperature Control, Inc provides help with split air systems to people living in Belleville, MI. If you're curious about split air systems or need a price estimate, please get in touch with us!
