Air Temperature Control was quick to return my call within an hour! It was simple to make an appointment to have my Furnace checked and cleaned. The Serviceman(Jeremy?) was actually early and very informative as to what he was doing and why. I couldn’t be happier with this company! I highly recommend them for any services you may need!
Jeremy came out on Thursday and was able to diagnose the problem with our furnace. He made it clear that it wasn’t safe for us to run it, and we were able to schedule for them to come out the next day and install the furnace! The guys showed up on time and were clean, professional, and efficient. So grateful they were very responsive and very happy that we have a new furnace!

The two men were excellent. They came to our home to clean our ductwork and dryer vent. They notified us that they would arrive early. They not only did an excellent job on our home, but they also took the time to explain facts about the HVAC Ductwork. They did a preliminary review of our home prior to beginning. They were professional and friendly. They cleaned everywhere that they worked. We were also told we would not have to clean them again for 5 years!
Update 9-30-2022: Another win for Air Temperature Control! The furnace stopped putting out heat overnight. I called in the a.m., and the service tech was scheduled and actually came out early. Found the problem right away–something I’d never seen or heard of before: a spider and web partly blocking gas flame! So it was clean out to fix, and very, very reasonable cost. Thank you, Jeremy and ATC! Outside AC unit stopped working overnight. I called mid-morning, and service tech Jeremy was here in 20 minutes! Had me stand by as he inspected unit. Bad news, motthe or is bad in this old unit. But he gave me the cost of both repairing or replacing rather than just pushing replace! Jeremy was professional and friendly, explained the situation fully, and answered all my questions. ATC provia des great response, great service, and flat-rate service call with no surprises and no pressure. Definitely will use them again, and I highly recommend them!
I needed 1 company that would do a package deal for me. A new furnace, tankless hot water tank, add an exhaust fan for a new bathroom. No problem, they did it all; nothing to do but enjoy it. They pulled the permit, set up the rebates with DTE, and registered all the new items. They showed up on time and cleaned up after each job. We are very satisfied with the work. Excellent service! Called and got an appointment the same day. The earliest appointment I could find
from other providers was 4 days out. Jeremey t, the service technician was able to come earlier than the
quoted time, which was great for us. He was thorough, took the time to explain things, and got our AC up and running in about 15min. I really appreciate his methodical approach so that we could be sure and
eliminate potential issues. We would absolutely go with Air Temperature Control again. Thanks!
The installation crew arrived exactly at 9am as promised; once they started the furnace installation, the installers were very clean and organized, making sure that the removal process went smoothly, which Im to happy say it did. Once the furnace and thermostat job was completed, the installers cleaned up their area(s) and went over the work that was completed describing what my routine maintenance would Intel.

They did a diagnostic check and, when they found that there wasn’t anything that needed major repairs, lowered the price of their services. If I could give seven stars, I would.

I’ve been using them for years for a recharge on my AC. Always quick to get an appointment, honest,
reasonable and this time the owner gave me a free freon charge to get us by till our new unit comes in,
which included a free summer special upgrade from a 16 to a 17-seer unit. Far as I can see the best prices around. Love them! UPDATE: New unit installed and couldn’t be happier!

Our HVAC was in desperate need of cleaning. We couldn’t turn on the AC until it was cleaned. Andre and Chris were very professional and left everything very clean. We are super happy with the job. Even got a major clog out of the line. We’ve used ATC for our HVAC needs several times over the years. Never lets us down.
Used this company before at my old address when our air conditioner went out. They were so great, I didn’t hesitate to call them when I was concerned about the furnace in my new home. Turned out to be nothing, but the tech was nice enough to answer my other questions about the humidifier in my furnace. Will use them in the future if I ever have any issues.
This is our second experience with Jeremy and his team. They were nothing but helpful, humble, very

Courteous and professional business, overall enjoyable experience during my project. Air Temperature Control installed a couple of mini splits to help cool/heat my second floor. They were knowledgeable in recommending what units to get and provided prompt communication from the time the project started until its completion.
My boiler went out, and I decided to change my system to mini spits since I did not have ductwork. After
getting 4 quotes, Air temperature control seemed the most knowledgeable. This was in fact the case.

Chris at Air Temperature Control is something you don’t see much anymore an honest Businessperson who naturally goes the extra mile to give good service. I came home one day to find that my furnace was not working a friend of mine told me to call Air Temperature Control, Chris came out and showed me that my manifold was cracked, I appreciated that he showed it to me instead of just saying it was cracked, he
assured me he could have a new furnace installed within 2 days, the following day was booked with customers, but on the second day his service techs showed up early, and installed my new furnace, way to go Chris that’s how you keep and get new customers, that was 8 years ago but just recently I had Chris install an air conditioning unit for my entire house, the work he and his professional staff performed was quality workmanship, I am completely satisfied, what I learned dealing with Chris is that any company can low ball another company if you are just looking at price, But Chris gives you an honest combination of good workmanship and a price you can live with, I have referred him to many of my friends and they all say the same thing where did you find this guy. He and his staff are amazing.
This company is outstanding! We needed our central a/c replaced. We called and Chris was at our door within an hour to give us an estimate. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. From my one encounter, I highly recommend this company. I have a relative coming to stay with me from
out of town today. My AC went out yesterday afternoon, so obviously, I’m panicking a little. I called this morning, and they sent Jeremy out within an hour. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He went above and beyond answering the myriad of questions that I had. In less than an hour from when he arrived, he had fixed my issue and also given advice on other related items. My AC is now running the best it has since I bought the house. This company was the first to call back, came the next day, called on the way just out of courtesy to let me know that they were on the way. The gentleman that they sent answered all of my questions, was extremely patient with me, was more than polite and as well as very knowledgeable and efficient. I could see that this whole company displays a lot of teamwork and seems to really enjoy what they do. The price was beyond reasonable, and I will continue to use this company as they treated me very well and recommend them to anyone who should need their services.

I had a few people from different companies come out for a quote to replace my older ac unit and they were by far the best priced .So I went with them to set up the day, and 2 days later, they came out a were very nice and professional and had masks on as well. My experience was great and will gladly do more business with them if I ever need it.
To begin with, Air Temperature Control sold and installed a new furnace and AC unit for us a couple of years ago, which was a very good experience. We are in an old home and surmise the duct work had never been cleaned. I contacted the owner (Chris), who gave me a price for the cleaning and directed me to the office to get it scheduled. On the day of the cleaning, Andre and Jeremy showed up and were nothing short of professional. We did a walk-through of the house and identified all of the vents they would need to access. In fact, I failed to move a large dresser, and they were kind enough to move it in order to access the vent. They explained in great detail the process and what they would be doing. They were courteous and professional, and it was an overall pleasure to have to do the work. I would recommend Air Temperature Control for your HVAC needs, be it a new Furnace, AC unit, or any other service.

ATC arrived on time and installed a new AC & Furnace. Techs were professional, polite, and well-informed. The pricing was very reasonable. I had a Softbound AC installed, and it is whisper-quiet compared to my old AC unit. The office was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend them to a friend.
Mom’s furnace was making a lot of noise. I called last night for a nonemergency service call. They called first thing this morning. The service man came right out. He had the needed parts on his truck. Mom now has a quiet furnace again. ATC installed my new furnace last year. Excellent Job in both cases. They do such an outstanding job. Thank you.
We live in an area where our power is always going out. We previously had great experiences with services performed in our home with Chris and his team. So, we decided to reach out and see if they could install a generator. The job was done professionally and completed as promised. What I love most is that every time they do work, they always treat our home with respect and even remove their shoes before entering. We recommend their services to all we know.

FINALLY!!! A company that’s not out to take the ill guy. My AC unit went out during the evening of the 4th of July, causing my family and me to endure stifling heat for two days. I placed a call to Air Temperature Control, and the professional staff scheduled me to service the SAME DAY!!! Chris arrived within an hour of the ring and immediately diagnosed the problem, which he quickly repaired for a comfortable and fair cost. Chris was extremely professional! He started with the most obvious solution first, replacing Capacitor. Upon restarting, the motor was not responding as it should, and he then replaced the motor. Finally, he was able to determine that the system was not sending sufficient cool air, so he refilled my freon. The entire process took only about an hour. He discussed costs at each stage of repair, and they were very reasonable.

Great Service and Result! I hired Chris and the guys to install electronic zoning to have better heating and cooling balance in the house (3 zones with thermostats, 1 per floor). They were very professional and finished the job quickly. The result is amazing, and the system he installed has worked exactly as we had hoped. Highly recommend doing this if you have areas of your home where the temp balance is difficult to control. Chris has also made service calls related to my original furnace and has come out quickly right after contacting and repaired the system.
I own my own business and I know how important customer service is and the first impression. What amazing company…… it started at 8:15am with the receptionist who was so nice and didn’t waste any time, very professional. Jeremy called ten minutes later and asked if he could come in fifth teen minutes. He was also very professional and showed the broke parts to me and gave a total before he fixed it.
